you will see things will be up to speed at 395 i will notice the beltway up to 83. that treach will take you 11 minutes. and right now on the west side. 5:32 a mess on the roads a break causing problems in the war clay community. we have more live where this is going to be fixed. if you know about baltimore they happen a lot. this one is huge. >> reporter: if you remember the one on light street. this is better than it was yesterday when it broke but it is a mess out here. that buckle is where the break happened. you can see down the street on charles street the water is still flowing. they had to stop with repairs

overnight because a fear of striking gas lines but work will resume first thing in the morning. >> this was so bad it flooded over 5 blocks. this dates back to the 1920s breaking like this cannot be avoided. and there is tape up and you will be detoured. cars were trapped and people nearby had to deal with the dirty water. >> it is mostly shut down now. it is a situation of turning a few more valves you cannot turn it on and off. >> reporter: for the time being
